I would have been much happier to see Wade in Washington.
He's a great guy, terrible coach.
Given that Ol Wade has never won a playoff game, I'd have took my chances with Joe Blow, or Joe $hit the Rag Man before I hired Wade Phillips. Wish he'd be HC at Denver again.

Terrible head coach, but he is a good DC
He's adequate. I like his blitz packagages sometimes, hate his coverage schemes.
Wade can do pretty well with great players....but they still don't reach their potential under him.

I wished that Parcells would have stuck around he was the right one for the job IMO

very true i think he could take an expansion team and have them in playoff contention in just a few years
